...and where are you going?
She was running for her life, with really no place to go. All the security she had ever known was suddenly taken away. How would she survive now? But more importantly, how would her young son survive? With no money, nobody to help, and without food and water, it looked like this was the end.
Then God asked her two strange questions, “Where have you come from, and where are you going?” It wasn’t like God did not know the answer to those questions, so why did He ask them? He must have wanted her to answer them for herself.

In conjunction with the upcoming "Befriending Ishmael " Seminar in July, we are also kicking of a prayer adoption program for the Saharawi people. KCC adopted the Saharawian people over 10 years ago. Our hope is that as we pray for specific people that God will stir our hearts for these beautiful people in a new and profound way.

Islam is considered by many to be the fastest growing religion. There are over 1.3 billion Muslims constituting a fifth of humanity. It is estimated that there are approximately 5.7 million Muslims in the US. Clearly, understanding this unique and growing segment of our country and the world is vital.
KCC is hosting a 2-session seminar on July 11 & 12 with an overseas worker who is currently working with a unreached people group in the Sahara. She can offer a unique and seasoned perspective on Islam and the world-view of its adherants.
